Position Overview:
HeyTutor has partnered with school districts in Soledad and is looking for dedicated In-Person Tutors to assist students with English after school hours If you're passionate about making a difference in your community, pursuing a career in education, or seeking part-time, consistent hours, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Multiple locations available for your convenienceCompensation:
Pay range:
$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience (determined at the time of interviewProgram Completion Bonus Opportunity:
Qualified Tutors will be eligible for a$250 Completion Bonus, less applicable taxes and withholdings, which will be included in your final paycheck.

Responsibilities:
Provide in-person tutoring support to students in English ranging from k-6th gradeActively engage with students to address learning gaps and reinforce key conceptsSupervise and mentor students to foster a positive learning environment Requirements:
Previous tutoring experience with a strong aptitude for working with childrenProficiency in English and Math instruction for elementary and middle school levelsMinimum education Some college; however, candidates with an Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree are preferredComfortable working in a classroom setting and collaborating with school staffAbility to pass an in-person background check (FBI-DOJ) and provide a negative TB screening Schedule:
Monday/Tuesday/ Thursday/Friday 2pm-6pmWednesday 1pm-6pm Equal Opportunity Employer:
